Stainless Steel 316Ti Sheet and Plates are composed of 16-18% Chromium, 10-14% Nickel, 2-3% Molybdenum, 0.5% Titanium, ≤0.08% Carbon, 2% Manganese, 1% Silicon, 0.045% Phosphorus, and 0.03% Sulfur, providing excellent corrosion resistance, high strength, and heat durability. Their mechanical properties include a tensile strength of 515 MPa, yield strength of 205 MPa, and elongation of 40%, ensuring superior structural performance. The physical properties feature a density of 7.98 g/cm³, melting point of 1370°C, and thermal conductivity of 16.3 W/m·K, making them ideal for high-temperature and corrosive applications.
