Mechanically, they have a tensile strength of up to 1310 MPa, yield strength of about 1170 MPa, hardness up to 45 HRC, and elongation of 10-15%. Their physical characteristics are a density of 7.8 g/cm³, thermal conductivity of 18 W/m·K, and an electrical resistivity of 80 µΩ·cm.
