Stainless Steel 317/317L Forged Fittings are composed of iron, chromium (18-20%), nickel (11-15%), molybdenum (3-4%), and low carbon content (317L), enhancing corrosion resistance and weldability. These fittings exhibit excellent mechanical properties, including a tensile strength of approximately 620 MPa, yield strength of 260 MPa, and elongation of 35%. Their physical properties include a density of 7.9 g/cm³ and a melting point of 1370-1400°C. With superior resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and oxidation, these fittings ensure durability and reliability, making them ideal for high-pressure and high-temperature industrial applications in harsh environments.
