Stainless Steel 310/310S Forged Fittings are composed of 24-26% Chromium, 19-22% Nickel, 0.25% Carbon (310) and 0.08% Carbon (310S), 2% Manganese, 1.50% Silicon, 0.045% Phosphorus, and 0.03% Sulfur, ensuring excellent high-temperature strength and oxidation resistance. Their mechanical properties include a tensile strength of 515 MPa, yield strength of 205 MPa, and elongation of 40%, providing durability in extreme environments. With a density of 7.9 g/cm³, a melting point of 1400-1450°C, and thermal conductivity of 14.2 W/m·K, these fittings are ideal for high-temperature applications in petrochemical, power, and thermal processing industries.
