Stainless Steel 309H Forged Fittings are composed of 24-26% chromium, 14-16% nickel, with small amounts of manganese, silicon, and carbon. The mechanical properties include a tensile strength of approximately 520 MPa, yield strength of 205 MPa, and an elongation of 40%. The Brinell hardness is around 201 HB. Physically, these fittings have a density of 7.9 g/cm³, a melting point between 1400-1450°C, and thermal conductivity of 15.1 W/m·K. These fittings offer exceptional resistance to oxidation, corrosion, and high temperatures, making them ideal for demanding industrial applications.
