Weston Stainless is based in Midland, UK, and provides quality stainless steel products as an established supplier. These are destined for industries which demand long-lasting and corrosion-resistance materials. Their Stainless Steel 330 Pipes, produced in a nickel-chromium-iron alloy, ensure great oxidation resistance as well as carburization at elevated temperatures. They produce the pipes following ASTM B535 standards and distribute them in the forms of seamless, welded, and fabricated varieties. SS 330 pipes have excellent strength and higher thermal stability, withstanding harsh conditions. They offer resistance to creep deformation and thermal shock, withstanding high-temperature industrial conditions.
Stainless Steel 330 Pipes are comprised of 34-37% nickel, 17-20% chromium, and iron as the base content, along with trace amounts of silicon, manganese, and carbon. The tubes have a tensile strength of 550 MPa, a yield strength of 260 MPa, and elongation by 30%. They have the following physical characteristics: density 7.9 g/cm³, melting range 1400-1425°C, and thermal conductivity of 12.1 W/m-K. This makes them particularly resistant to carburization, scaling, and oxidation in aggressive high-heat applications.
