They possess a tensile strength of 515-750 MPa, yield strength of 275 MPa, and elongation of 40%, providing good mechanical properties. In terms of physical properties, they possess a density of 7.93 g/cm³, melting point of 1400-1455°C, and thermal conductivity of 16.3 W/m·K at 100°C.
