They possess tensile strength up to 1034 MPa, a yield strength of 724 MPa, and an elongation of 6-10%, making their mechanical properties quite excellent. Physically, they possess a density of 7.8 g/cm³, a melting point of 1400-1450°C, and a thermal conductivity of 16.3 W/m·K.
