Stainless Steel 904L Pipe Fittings consist mainly of iron with high nickel (23-28%) and chromium (19-23%) content, which provides greater corrosion resistance. They also have molybdenum (4-5%), copper (1-2%), and low carbon, which gives them greater mechanical strength and resistance to acidic environments. These fittings have a tensile strength of approximately 490 MPa, a yield strength of about 220 MPa, and an elongation of 35%. Their physical characteristics are a density of approximately 8 g/cm³, high thermal expansion, and good conductivity, which makes them ideal for corrosive and high-stress applications.
