Stainless Steel 904L Tube Fittings consist of mostly iron with high nickel (23-28%) and chromium (19-23%) levels, providing superb corrosion resistance. They also contain molybdenum (4-5%), copper (1-2%), and a low carbon content, which boosts their longevity in acidic and chlorinated environments. These fittings have a tensile strength of about 490 MPa, a yield strength of about 220 MPa, and an elongation of 35%. They have a physical property of about 8 g/cm³ density, high thermal conductivity, and good thermal expansion, making them very well-suited for extreme temperature use.
