AWS Class E316LT1-1/T1-4 Flux Core Wire comes with a composition of about 18-20% chromium, 12-14% nickel, and 2-3% molybdenum, guaranteeing excellent corrosion resistance. It possesses tensile strength of about 550-650 MPa, a yield strength between 300-450 MPa, and an elongation ranging between 30-40% while offering perfect mechanical stability. Its density ranges to approximately 7.9 g/cm³ while possessing a melting range from 1350-1400°C for heat resistance. It boosts slag expulsion as well as the smoothness of the arc while helping obtain superior quality weld deposit with lesser porosity as well as oxidation.
Designed for enhanced weld quality and productivity, providing excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical properties in various industrial applications.
High-performance E316LT1-1/T1-4 self-shielded flux cored wire ideal for outdoor welding, offering superb corrosion resistance and mechanical strength without the need for external shielding gas.
Delivering superior weld quality, excellent mechanical properties, and corrosion resistance for a wide range of applications in different industries.
AWS Class E316LT1-1/T1-4 Flux Core Wire finds extensive applications in industries demanding excellent corrosion resistance, such as in marine, chemical processing, and food processing environments. It is best suited for welding stainless steel tanks, piping systems, and structural parts subject to chlorides and acidic conditions. The flux-cored wire is largely applied in shipbuilding, offshore platforms, and pharmaceutical equipment fabrication. The wire’s capability of depositing high-strength, crack-tolerant welds with high mechanical properties recommends it for high-temperature and high-pressure applications.
AWS Class E316LT1-1/T1-4 Flux Core Wire comes with test certificates as proof of conformity to AWS A5.22 and ISO 17633 standards. The batches are tested thoroughly for mechanical and chemical properties to deliver consistent performance. The wire is wrapped in vacuum-sealed spools or moisture-resistant containers to keep it free from impurities and preserve the integrity of the weld. It is offered in multiple diameters and shipped globally with customized package solutions according to industrial needs.
