Weston Stainless, located in Midland, UK, is a well-known provider of premium–grade stainless steel products, providing rugged and precision-styled solutions for different industries. Their Stainless Steel 304/304L Channels are made from AISI 304 and 304L stainless steel, which is famous for superior corrosion resistance, strength, and weldability. The channels are supplied in different shapes, such as U-channels, C-channels, and custom shapes, and are used for structural and industrial purposes. They are made of austenitic stainless steel and are used extensively in construction, marine, chemical, and food processing industries due to their excellent durability, load-carrying capacity, and resistance to oxidation and harsh temperatures.
Stainless Steel 304/304L Channels contain 18-20% chromium, 8-12% nickel, 2% manganese, and 1% silicon, and 0.08% carbon (304), 0.03% carbon (304L), 0.045% phosphorus, and 0.03% sulfur, which provides them with excellent corrosion resistance and weldability. The mechanical properties of Stainless Steel 304/304L Channels are tensile strength of 515 MPa, yield strength of 205 MPa, elongation of 40%, and hardness of 90 HRB, which gives them strength and flexibility. The physical characteristics have a density of 8.0 g/cm³, a melting point of 1400-1450°C, and a thermal conductivity of 16.2 W/m·K, which makes them suitable for structural, industrial, and load-bearing applications.

Stainless steel components with a “C” shape, designed for support and framing. They provide excellent strength, durability, and corrosion resistance for various structural applications.
Shaped for versatile support and framing. Produced through cold rolling, they offer high strength, durability, and corrosion resistance for structural applications.
Two “C” shapes back-to-back. They provide enhanced strength and stability, ideal for heavy-duty support and framing in construction.
Stainless Steel 304/304L Channels are extensively used in applications demanding strength, durability, and corrosion resistance. They find extensive use in construction, marine, chemical, and food processing industries for structural frames, support beams, and equipment fabrication. Their superior weldability and formability make them suitable for architectural uses, bridge building, and heavy machinery supports. They are applied in oil and gas, wastewater treatment, and transportation, where they ensure stability in extreme conditions. Their low carbon level in 304L avoids carbide precipitation, hence making them ideal for corrosive and high-temperature applications in industrial and business environments.
Stainless Steel 304/304L Channels are provided with Mill Test Certificates (MTC) EN 10204 3.1/3.2, third-party inspection reports, and compliance certificates to ensure quality and industry standard compliance. They are packaged safely in wooden crates, strapped bundles, or protective plastic wrapping to avoid damage during shipping. Delivery is effectively managed through air, sea, or land transportation, ensuring safe and timely delivery as per customer specifications and project needs.
